Do I have to set up my own electricity?
Nope, we got you covered! Closer to move-in you will receive information in your email on how to create an account with Simple Bills, a resident friendly utility billing company, and you will pay your bill through there every month! If you are in a floor plan with roommates Simple Bills will automatically divide the bill evenly across your accounts to make paying easier.
What furniture is included in the units?
Living Space: Barstools, sofa/loveseat, coffee table, end table, lamp with USB port, and a 55' inch mounted Smart TV.
Bedroom: Full sized bedframe and mattress, nightstand, stackable dresser set, desk, desk chair, and lamp with USB port.
Do I have to set up and pay for my own internet?
Nope! Internet is included provided by us! On your move-in day you will receive an email from our internet provider, IQ Machines, on how to login to your account and get your devices connected!
What amenities does Park Place offer?
Our spaces are tailored for your needs – whether it's studying in serene corners, working out in our top-notch fitness center, or simply relaxing in lounge areas with a craft style coffee beverage from our coffee cafe. How much is the security deposit?
If you add a guarantor to your lease who meets all criteria then you will not have a security deposit. If you do not add a qualified guarantor then you will have to pay a security deposit which is 2x your monthly rent. Your security deposit must be paid prior to your move-in date.
What signing fees does Park Place have?
We require a $75 application fee and $175 administration fee.
Do I have to pay to bring my pet?
Our pet policy is as follows: Maximum 2 pets, weight not to exceed 50 lbs. No aggressive dog breeds. Pets kept in tanks larger than 25 gallons require registration. $400.00 non-refundable fee per registered pet + a monthly $25.00 pet rent fee.
Where is Park Place located?
Park Place is located at 240 W Saunders Dr! We are less than a five minute walk from NAU's campus! We have a heated pathway from the back of Park Place to lead you right to campus. Nearby food and retail include Target, Sprouts, Campus Coffee Bean, Coco's Bakery, and more!
